I was referred by a work colleague. I called on a Friday and John came out and met with me the next morning. John walked me through the entire process. I asked many of the 'obvious' questions about 'flat fee' selling. Not to my surprise, the process went as smoothly as John explained. 30+ pictures were professional and showed off my house better than I could have expected.
